How much notice do we need?

For most standard assignments, we ask for a minimum of 48 to 72 hours notice. This gives us the time to match you with the right interpreter for your setting and confirm all the details.

For complex or high-stakes assignments — including legal proceedings, medical appointments, large events, and conferences — we recommend reaching out 4 to 6 weeks in advance. These assignments require interpreters with specific credentials and endorsements, and availability at that level is more limited.
